Subagh Kriya
Prosperity is absolutely necessary to the yogi of the Aquarian Age. Through lifetimes of ascetic living, eating locusts, living in caves, etc., those who have earned the right to practice Kundalini Yoga through previous actions can become householders and enjoy all that life has to offer.
Maya is strong, but, like any distraction, becomes stronger the more we push it away. Maya is the mother, the original division, the flesh and bone that carries you through this human life. Enjoy your body. Enjoy your mind. But let's keep our identity with the One by not identifying with any of that. It's the identifying that messes everything up.
We are not the doer, we are not the giver of wealth, relations, good fortune, etc. We are the receiver. Prosperity is what is received when the human is balanced and steady, not searching, hunting, or hustling.
Please enjoy Subagh Kriya, the kriya of prosperity. It will bring you all the things you need. Remember to tune in with ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO three times, when practicing with the video.
Sat Nam,

Breath of Ten
Ok, another powerful one! Dharam taught this class a while back, and he wanted to publish this one to bring you the depth of the breath. Breath is the vehicle of Pavan, the God that inhabits the air element. All knowledge, prosperity, all good things in life come to those who are Pranee, that is, those who control the breath energy, or Prana.
Warmups part 4
Here, in this last installment of our warmup series for kundalini yoga, we get into some of the fun but more challenging postures and movements. As you may have seen from our previous warmup videos, these exercises are a quick method you can do at home to raise your inner energy so that you can be focused throughout your day.
It is so important to keep up! We are seeing major shifts in consciousness that are changing societies around the world. And we are seeing major shifts in how we communicate. It seems like everything we do or say could make its way to the global stage in an instant. How can we not recognize that these changes are calling us to live a different life?
One question we may ask these days is this: have the shifts in society made communication expand, or has our expanded capacity to communicate shifted our societies? As yogis, we can ask a bigger question: how have shifts in the universe shifted us humans toward higher consciousness? Without the technology of yoga, we may miss the fact that we are just part of a universal flow, a cosmic web of interacting planetary forces.
Thonkaree Kriya
Kundalini yoga is an ancient science, and when Yogi Bhajan brought it to the West, the yoga teachers in India advised him that he would be cursed for sharing this wisdom with us "untouchables" in the U.S. Thonkaree kriya is a good example of this ancient scientific approach to health and wellbeing. The precise angle of the arms and the precise rhythm of the breath create a pressure on the nervous system that develops the so-called "third eye," the pituitary gland.
intuition is knowing without resorting to the intellect or the senses. When you are intuitive, you can be in the presence of a situation and the situation itself starts to give you knowledge. As our intuition develops through a dedicated practice of yoga and meditation, we can start relating to situations, and receive knowledge just from that relationship.
